These terms apply to every person who creates an account on mahabocw.co. Access depends on local law — you may use the platform only where doing so is permitted by the laws of your location. By registering, you confirm that your use is lawful under applicable rules.

We will not change terms without advance notice. Any update is communicated to your registered email at least seven days before it takes effect. If you do not accept the updated terms, you may close your account before the effective date with no penalty.

If your account is suspended for a terms breach, your wallet balance is frozen pending a review. Once the review concludes, any balance not linked to a disputed transaction will be returned to your original payment method — UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe — within ten business days.

Email [email protected] from your registered address with the subject line 'Data Request'. We will compile your account and transaction records and send them securely within fifteen business days, in line with applicable data-protection obligations under Indian law.

All financial activity initiated through your mahabocw account — including UPI deposits, Paytm credits, PhonePe withdrawals, and any in-session wagers — falls under these terms. Third-party fees charged by your bank or payment app are outside our control and are not covered here.
